Sunday...

Was going to go to church this morning, but slept in and am not in a huge hurry to get ready.  Ben asked if we were going, but bet he's not into it either.  We will have to not drink so much and so late on Sat.'s  I think I am beginning to have an issue with my drinking....

Sitting on the back porch contemplating on mowing the lawn.  It is 8:20 and about 75 so not too bad yet...  Maybe I should at least bug Ben about church before I make the decision.  I made that mistake with Jason years ago and he never returned, it just wasn't the same.  Right when he needed God and the church for a tragedy.....  I blew it!

 brb.....  Just as I suspected him and Adi.  I got "permission" to stay home.  I should be the parent here and just say come on....  but I haven't been that great with church these days.  I need to get back into it full swing.  Ps 51:10-12  My theme verse for this summer.

I started to paint the house yesterday.  I bought the paint from work last fall with the intentions of doing it before it got hot...  here it is June.  And.....  the color is not right.  Just as light as it was before only this time with more yellows in the tint.  Yuk.  So I am going to get two samples and begin again and buy another bucket and have them fix this one.  Im looking for more of an olive green.  A garden color.

And speaking of.  My garden is just beautiful!  I have zucchinis growing and yellow squash that I will hopefully have bountiful amounts within a week or so.  I accidentally plucked a baby zuch off, but I think I seen another and I think I saw a yellow squash yesterday.  The eggplants are doing great, probably not for much longer they will back off when it gets a little warmer in the evenings as with the strawberries.  The sunflowers are blooming like crazy!  I love it lots!!  Tomatoes are blooming, but nothing yet, the corn is too short to protect them, same with the bell peppers I think.

I have plans for the porch and the back yard.  I have started collecting stones from work with the help of Tim.  He has some left overs to give me too.  I am going to make a path from the garden to the porch.  I was going to start it last night when it started to cool off, but nooo  I drank instead.  I wasn't going to and then I did.

I am caught up with homework.  Next week is the last week and I am praying that I pass the class (for financial aid reasons).  I am trying to transfer to NAU.  It is in the works.  They have my transcripts from both schools so we will see.  I hope they hurry.  I have put off GCU for three weeks. One, I needed the break and too I needed time to switch schools.

I need to call them tomorrow and get some kind of info on what is going on so I can officially move my FA to NAU.

And I need to go to DES this week too. Blah!!  I was hoping to hear from them first so that I don't have too, but I can't afford to lose this insurance.  I think there is a waiting list to get back on.  Sucks!

Anyway....  Id better get moving with some breakfast and mowing before it reaches 100 out!!!

Oh Lord, I pray for energy today and mass production to make up for yesterday!

I want to thank you Father God for the new four wheel drive that is reliable, the wonderful husband to be whom loves me so very much and is just perfect for me, for Ben's job and for the satisfying income that I am receiving (just a little something that I heard on the radio the other day.....) in Jesus name, Amen!
